Five Little Speckled Frogs...

While we were in Saint George the kids wanted to go on a frog hunt. As soon as the sun goes down so many frogs come out it's crazy!!! Zach and Colton would catch the frogs and Bryson was in charge of holding the Tupperware. We found five big frogs.... The kids thought this was so fun..... Well, I should say everyone except Sawyer you will notice he isn't in any of the pictures!!! That's because he had a baby heart attack and Ben had to hold him the whole time!!! Sawyer does NOT like frogs!!! Catching frogs was one of the highlights of our trip...
So, what do you do after you catch five frogs????

That's when I came up with a crazy idea and told the kids they should put their swimsuits on and take a bath with all the frogs!!!! They were so excited and thought this was so fun. It was so cute listening to them talk as they took a bath with all the frogs. They even named them... Charlie, Hopper, Sam, La Damion and Adrien. (how they came up with the names I have no idea)

Sawyer watched from a distance with very wide eyes....
The second night we caught frogs we were out a little longer and ended up with 8 big frogs. By the time we got back to the room the frogs had peed in the Tupperware. So the kids decided NOT to take a bath with them. It was so cute when Bryson said "I'm not taking a bath with those frogs they are busgusting" (disgusting) I was glad because I was really tired and wanted to go to bed!

Wow Karen you really are a mom with four boys! I can't believe you let them swim with frogs. I heard that Sawyer wouldn't take a bath the next day because you all traumatized him. That is so funny! :) What a fun idea!

That is too funny. I can't believe either that they were able to bring the frogs in the bath. Did they bring them home?

No, we didn't bring them home.... "They would miss their family too much!"

I did tell the kids if they caught a cotton tail bunny that they could keep it. They tried the entire time and were so excited.... "when they came "close" to catching one!!!
